Reiki Lite  - A stepping stone to the natural helaing of Reiki

Reiki Lite is for everyone. Many people we have met do not have the energy, or health to participate in a longer workshop but still are interested in using the gentle hands-on healing of Reiki. Others may not have easy access to convenient workshops.  Reiki Lite may offer you a safe, easy and convenient introduction to the gentle healing of Reiki.  By following along with an easy-to-use booklet and guided CD you can learn to support relaxation and natural healing for yourself or someone you care for.

Reiki Lite is not a replacement for the knowledge and practice gained in longer workshops required to become a recognized Reiki practitioner. Reiki Lite is a connection; Reiki Lite is a beginning.

A short, easy to follow booklet that:

• Introduces you to the benefits of Reiki
• Reviews five easy hand positions for giving a Reiki Lite session.  A single position is also suggested to use in a hospital, a care setting or at home

• A short guided self-treatment
