Reiki Lite is a stepping-stone into the Reiki world of healing. A personalized Reiki Lite session connects you quickly and gently to the universal healing energy of Reiki. A session begins with an overview of Reiki: what it is and the benefits of using Reiki. You become connected to the universal energy of Reiki through a simple process known as an attunement. After that, we review a number of traditional hand positions you can use during a Reiki session. You are then able to begin to use Reiki to support healing, recovery and well-being for yourself, family or friends. We review opportunities to learn more about Reiki through workshops, books and Internet resources.  

Reiki Lite is a quick entry to the world of Reiki. It is not a replacement for the knowledge and practice gained in longer workshops required to become a recognized Reiki practitioner. Reiki Lite is a connection; Reiki Lite is a beginning.
